Checkr is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to advance our data platform. You will design and deliver new platform capabilities, collaborating with engineers and product partners to modernize the tech stack and automate workflows for scalability.
This role is based in Santiago, Chile with a hybrid model (3+ days in office at our hub). You will participate in on-call rotations, mentor juniors, and help shape the engineering roadmap while maintaining high reliability and performance.
