We're looking for a Regional Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- Experience in iGaming with a specific GEO (CL) / market (LATAM).
- A thorough understanding of the market: competitors, communities, local channels, and audience characteristics.
- Experience in affiliate, marketing, operations, project management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- ESP & ENG speaker (ru will be a plus).
- Actual residence in Chile.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor competitors, user behavior, local trends, and relevant ecosystem updates for the assigned GEO.
- Prepare structured research inputs, tracking reports, and basic recommendations for internal teams.
- Support local relevance checks for campaigns, content, and market-facing materials.
- Identify and frame regulatory, reputational, competitive, or partnership risks early.




- Coordinate repetitive or support-related requests with shared testers when required.
- Escalate important findings, blockers, or uncertainties to a Country Manager.
- Building a useful local network of affiliates, partners, PSPs, and market contacts.
