Description and Requirements

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help Mid-Market and SMB customers identify the right infrastructure solutions for their business needs. You will manage commercial opportunities from initial contact through quotation and follow-up, working closely with technical specialists and business partners.

What You'll Do

- Proactively identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.
- Develop infrastructure and data center solutions, configurations, and quotations.




- Manage your sales pipeline and customer activities through Microsoft Dynamics.
- Support new customer acquisition, retention, and account growth.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and business partners to deliver value-based solutions.

What We're Looking For

- Studies in Engineering or another technical field.
- Initial experience in consultative or solution-based sales.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data center hardware and software.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or data center solution configurators.
- Intermediate written and spoken English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and opportunity-management skills.
- Results-driven mindset and strong sense of accountability.
