This role offers the opportunity to lead IT Controls and Assurance-related workstreams, contributing to high-impact projects across industries, while being fully integrated with Canadian teams.

Mission

We are looking for experienced professionals to lead and develop capabilities in IT Controls, Internal Audit, and risk assurance, supporting international clients through our Chile-based delivery team aligned to Canada.

You will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and review of IT General Controls (ITGC) testing
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT Controls engagements for Canadian clients
- Manage and develop teams based in Chile, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines
- Act as a primary liaison with Canadian engagement teams and stakeholders
- Identify control gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, risk management, and audit methodologies




- Contribute to the development and scaling of the Chile-based delivery model (COE)

Desired experience

- 6–10+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Controls, Risk Advisory, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of ITGC, SOX/ICFR frameworks, and internal control environments
- Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements
- Background in Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- Advanced English (mandatory), with the ability to work directly with international clients
- Experience in Big4 or similar professional services environment is highly valued
