Chile's
Drive the Future Program
is designed to strengthen
JPMorganChase's
early-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.
Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the

In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last
12 months
.
Participants are hired for an initial
6-month
period, with the possibility of extension up to
18 months
based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs.
This role requires
full-time, in-person
availability in Santiago de Chile only.
In this opportunity the
Finance
Legal Entity Controller
team is looking a new team member.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop professional skills through various trainings and coaching, and also you will support the team on Chilean entities (4) financial statements, capital adequacy, liquidity, credit and market risk controls and regulatory reporting related to all these topics, helping to ensure that accounting and regulatory reports are in compliance with local and corporate requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Performs activities regarding accounting, financial statements, and regulatory reports preparation,
that are generated for each legal entity (4) for corporate and local effects
Helps generating regulatory metrics and reports.
Monitors regulatory limits required by the local regulator (CMF)
Helps in validating integrity of local and corporate financial statements for each of the Chilean legal entities and validating reconciliation between SAP and product systems.
Helps generating and validating integrity of local regulatory reports.
Participate in the implementation of Chile office projects (new systems, regulations, etc.) or new products.
Helps the team generating reports and analyze financial statements and Risk indicators by each legal entities, that supports the decision-making process performed by senior management.
Job Requirements
Graduated student in Industrial/Civil Engineering, Finance or Accounting.
Advanced English Level
Full-time availability to work in person
Excel (macros), SQL, phyton or similar
Knowledge in financial products (focus on derivatives) is a plus.
Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
