Description We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape and deliver digital products that live at the edge of emerging technology — from control interfaces for advanced robots, to dashboards that visualize data from entirely new classes of sensors, to web apps and demos for cutting-edge innovation labs. This is UI/UX for software — apps, dashboards, websites — not industrial or hardware form design.
Department: Software
Location: Santiago (Hybrid)
What You’ll Do
- Design digital products end-to-end — from early concepts, flows, and wireframes through detailed UI, prototyping, production, and iteration.
- Drive UI and interaction design, bringing strong visual craft, attention to detail, and a consistent enterprise experience to everything we build.
- Translate complex technical concepts, workflows, and data into clear, intuitive, and purposeful experiences for different types of users.
- Collaborate with clients and teammates to define product scope and experience.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual/UX quality.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate and improve designs.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, usable interfaces.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to a high-trust, pragmatic design culture.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years designing and shipping digital products in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US-based teams.
- Proven ability to lead design end to end — from discovery to production-ready UI.
- Strong UI & interaction design skills,
with a high level of visual craft and attention to detail across layout, typography, hierarchy, states, and interactions.
- Strong experience with design systems, including creating, maintaining, and evolving components, patterns, and reusable UI.
- Advanced Figma skills , including components, libraries, variables, prototyping, and design-system workflows.
- Product intuition — you’ve shaped not just how things look, but what gets built.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments.
- Pragmatic, self-directed, and comfortable mentoring others while driving high-quality execution.
- Strong portfolio required , demonstrating high-quality UI, interaction design, design-system thinking, and meaningful product work.
Nice to have
- Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, or technical software products , particularly products involving complex workflows, and data-rich interfaces.
- Experience working within a larger or mature design organization , with exposure to established design processes and practices.
- Experience driving an enterprise visual language or design system across multiple products , ensuring consistency while allowing products to evolve.
Benefits
- Fun team activities every month to build strong bonds.
- We're located in a great area, with plenty to enjoy nearby (El Golf, Las Condes).
- Snacks and drinks are always stocked in the office.
- Weekly team lunches to recharge and connect.
- You’ll work closely with high-caliber US-based companies.
- Comprehensive health and dental insurance to keep you covered.
- Wellness activities reimbursement.
