Full Stack Developer (React/PHP) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll develop a modern, component‑based frontend for a monolithic, multi‑tenant platform serving tens of white‑labeled bank instances. Since the platform is monolithic, you'll write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix existing codebase bugs whenever frontend work calls for it. This is your opportunity to write production code across the stack, modernizing legacy server‑rendered UI into reusable React components while keeping dozens of white‑labeled tenants visually consistent.

What You'll Do

- Develop React components and views from existing PHP-rendered pages.
- Write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix codebase bugs as frontend work requires.
- Integrate with backend APIs to power frontend functionality.Maintain UI/UX consistency across multiple white‑labeled tenant instances.




- Support frontend considerations in an ongoing ORM migration.
- Participate in code review, sprint planning, and daily syncs.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including state management with Context, Redux, or similar.
- Hands‑on coding experience with PHP/Laravel, not read‑only.
- Experience with Tailwind.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding backend contract design.
- Background with relational databases and data modeling.
- Experience with incremental modernization of legacy server‑rendered UI.
- Comfort with Git‑based workflows, including branching, PRs, and code review.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
