Our team, our impact The candidate that assumes th role of Sr. Manager IT Transformation & Strategy will play a pivotal role Lead IT Commercial projects and services for Chile and other LATAM markets. This role will act as a key partner to Business and IT leadership, ensuring alignment between global strategies and local execution, while maximizing the return on IT investments.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, to provide technology solutions and guidance to multiple commercial teams, ensuring operational excellence and seamless integration.

How you will spend your day The key responsabilities and activities of the position are:
Business Relationship Management:
Single point of contact for all technical / commercial/digital requirements of the Chile & other Latam markets; Teva commercial team (Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Medical affairs, Regulatory, Procurement, Supply, Compliance, Logistics, HR, Finance & Accounting).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Continuously collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and propose technology initiatives.
Identify potential issues, performance challenges and risks.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and KPI´s, leading IT Transformation & Strategy Framework.
Business Analysis, Financial Acumen, and Technical Toolset:
Articulate and analyze business requirements,
identify opportunities and future needs.
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify appropriate technology solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments.
Prepare business case value and create annual budget forecasts for commercial site technology solutions.
Program Management and Deployment of solutions
Lead / Project management (global and local IT projects).
Ensure on time, on budget and high-quality deployment of all projects.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate to right stakeholders as needed.
Foster a collaborative work environment as this will be key to driving project success and exceeding business expectations.
Drive transformation programs:
Related to Digital, Data & AI, Enterprise Platforms, and Process Automation, ensuring alignment with integral standards and local needs.
Promoting standardized methodologies, change management, and execution discipline.
Use strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify appropriate technology solutions.
Integrate advanced digital tools. ( e.g., RPA, AI, Analytics) into business operations, aligning with LATAM and Global technology standards and roadmaps.
Your Skill and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Civil Engineering with studies in Techology or related.
- Demonstrated high-level understanding of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and data privacy.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in analysis, design & implementation of technologies related to commercial, procurement, finance, big data,
digital and project management working on IT-related roles, multi-markets.
- 5+ years working on release planning or project-management roles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Desirable SAP experience.
- Understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, etc).
- Experience in data analytics and reporting (as BI tools, data visualization).
- Being able to handle risk management and mitigations strategies in release management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to releases.
- English proficiency is a must.
