- BESS Greenfield Development：主导智利北部及南部风电、光伏及储能项目的早期选址、土地流转与气象测风。 / Lead early-stage site selection, land acquisition, and wind measurement for wind, solar, and BESS projects across Chile. 电网接入与风险把控 / Grid Connection &
- Curtailment Management：评估智利国家电网（SEN）输电瓶颈与边际电价，规避弃电风险，主导并网协议谈判。 / Assess transmission bottlenecks and node prices within the National Electric System (SEN), mitigate curtailment risks, and lead interconnection negotiations. PPA 商务与现货对冲 / PPA Structuring &




- Spot Hedging：设计并签署具备可融资性（Bankable）的 PPA，对接大型矿业、绿氢项目或配电公司，对冲现货波动风险。 / Structure and execute bankable PPAs to hedge spot market volatility, targeting major mining clients, green hydrogen initiatives, or distribution companies. 合规与资产退出 / Permitting &
- Asset Exit：统筹环境评估局（SEIA）的 RCA 审批，为未来项目的股权转让或资本化退出（M&A; Exit）做全流程规划。 / Coordinate RCA approvals through SEIA and plan the full-cycle compliance and corporate structure for future M&A; exits or asset monetization.

任职要求 / Job Requirements 5-8年智利新能源行业开发与商务拓展经验，熟悉 CNE、Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional 监管框架。 / 5-8 years of renewable energy development experience in Chile, deeply familiar with CNE and Coordinador regulatory frameworks. 具备成功取得 RCA 及电网接入批复的闭环实操经验。 / Proven track record of successfully securing environmental permits (RCA) and grid connection approvals. 语言能力 / Languages：西班牙语母语或商务流利，英语可作为工作语言。 / Native/Fluent Spanish, professional working proficiency in English.
