This role supports clients in maximizing the engagement impact of their benefit programs and leads renewals, expansion planning, and re-bids in coordination with the Tender Specialist.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management* Build trusted relationships with HR, procurement, and executive sponsors.* Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop strategic account plans.* Monitor KPIs on usage, satisfaction, and workforce coverage.2. Growth & Retention* Identify expansion opportunities across additional products, employee segments, or legal entities.* Support contract renewals and coordinate re-bids for public or regulated clients.* Track and mitigate churn risks through proactive account management.3.



Cross-Functional Collaboration* Liaise with Tender, Legal, Product, and Merchant teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.* Maintain up-to-date documentation in Salesforce for forecasting and renewal management.YOU ARE A MATCH IF...
