The QA Associate I is a key member of our Quality Assurance & Operations teams at Checkr, which is dedicated to enhancing the precision and efficiency of our background screening processes. This role demands a candidate who excels in communication and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, can maintain composure under pressure, and has meticulous attention to detail. Your responsibility will include conducting in-depth research and problem-solving.

What you'll do:
- Manage a high volume of tasks with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of background reports through diligent processing and attention to detail, possibly involving communication with court clerks and law enforcement agencies
- Communicate effectively with QA teammates and leaders to ensure that issues are flagged to facilitate resolution, maintain quality, and drive key performance indicators.
- Complete all required training and collaborate with QA leadership to maintain knowledge and quality on all QA workflows
- Meet productivity and quality targets established by leadership to achieve team and business needs
- Understand and exemplify the Checkr Core Values in daily work
