Responsibilities

1. 1. Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Identify new strategic targets and manage full-cycle sales engagements.
- Develop and execute account plans for existing clients, including expansions and renewals.
- Create proposals that reflect Pluxee's strategic value and employee impact.

- 2. Tender & Formal Procurement Support

- Lead and support tender submissions with the Tender Manager.
- Ensure compliance and timely coordination for RFPs and re-bids.

- 3. Client Engagement & Internal Coordination

- Conduct business reviews and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline integrity across sales, renewal, and growth.
- Coordinate across Legal, Product, and Merchant teams for tailored solutions.

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, HR, Public Affairs, or related field.

Work Experience

- 5-7+ years in enterprise sales and account management.
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, and employee benefit platforms.
- Strong familiarity with tenders and strategic account lifecycle.

Skills & Certifications

- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.




- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
- Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage.
