The Integral Talent Co. seeks a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator to own a verified-lead funnel through a pre-launch period and launch. This role is execution-first, and you will run the funnel yourself, owning the numbers from day one.
You will manage sourced leads, set up attribution from scratch, optimize CAC and conversion metrics, and iterate campaigns based on live performance data as the launch progresses.
