Requirements
Experience or expertise in productizing mid-life services for Alpha and Tornado fleets
Knowledge of concrete spraying equipment and concrete transportation equipment repair and rebuild offerings
Ability to develop service delivery capabilities to meet market expectations
Ability to assess and ensure competitiveness and profitability of service offerings
Ability to support complex sales cases and manage opportunity pipelines in the LATAM region
Knowledge of Normet equipment mid-life services across the LATAM region
Ability to initiate targeted marketing campaigns




Ability to support regional teams on mid-life offerings, sales, and quotation topics
Ability to collect customer feedback and market intelligence for portfolio development
Knowledge of upgrades for Alpha and Tornado equipment and successors
