At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for an Electrical BIM/VDC Coordinator!
We are seeking a professional with experience in BIM/VDC, electrical modeling, and construction project coordination to join a team working on highly complex commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and analyze construction documentation for electrical systems.Design and model conduit systems according to design and constructability criteria.Develop and manage LOD 400 electrical models in Revit.Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Revizto.Coordinate the electrical model with different disciplines and project teams.Produce sleeve drawings, embedded points, and coordinate shop drawings.Ensure model accuracy and compliance with applicable codes.Resolve modeling issues and provide technical solutions.Support field operations through remote coordination.Occasionally collaborate on mechanical/MEP and process piping modeling tasks.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in BIM/VDC and construction modeling.Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project coordination.Experience in electrical trades / installations.Revit – mandatory,



with strong experience in detailed electrical modeling.Experience working with LOD ******* electrical models.Experience interpreting construction documentation.Knowledge of Navisworks and/or Revizto.Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360 is a plus.Understanding of MEP systems and their integration into modeling workflows.Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in remote environments.Experience in the following projects is a plus:Data Centers / critical infrastructureHealthcare facilitiesEducational institutionsSemiconductor manufacturing plantsCommercial and retail projectsWe are looking for someone who has:Excellent communication and strong remote work capability.A proactive and autonomous profile.Strong problem-solving orientation.Attention to detail and quality focus.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Interest in adopting new tools and industry practices.Consultores de Empresas
