Who will you be working with?

You will work closely with the Integral Mining Service organization, OHV Engineering teams, OEM partners, distributors, mining customers, warranty teams, and product support specialists. This role requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of Wabtec OHV Drive Systems throughout the assigned region.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Mining Services division, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and field support for Wabtec OHV Drive Systems across Chile and other assigned territories. You will oversee commissioning activities, troubleshoot technical issues, support warranty investigations, and ensure customers receive timely and effective service solutions. This role serves as a critical link between customers, OEMs, distributors, and Wabtec engineering teams by identifying issues, driving corrective actions, and improving overall equipment reliability and performance. You will also monitor fleet performance,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting OHV mining vehicles; or
- Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation & Control disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant field service, technical, or engineering experience involving OHV mining vehicles.
- Experience with OHV mining equipment design, validation, testing, commissioning, and field support.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience using engineering software, diagnostic tools, and business systems.
