Requirements

- Knowledge of concrete spraying equipment and concrete transportation equipment repair and rebuild offerings
- Ability to develop service delivery capabilities to meet market expectations
- Ability to assess and ensure competitiveness and profitability of service offerings
- Ability to support complex sales cases and manage opportunity pipelines in the LATAM region
- Knowledge of Normet equipment mid-life services across the LATAM region
- Ability to initiate targeted marketing campaigns
