- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, customer pain points, opportunities, and expected outcomes.

- Translate business requirements into product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility.

- Define and communicate product objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.

- Support the development of product roadmaps and release planning.

- Act as the key liaison between Business, Digital, and Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to validate technical approaches and solutions.

- Identify dependencies across existing platforms, APIs, backend systems, and third-party solutions.

- Participate in initiatives related to digital channels such as web portals, mobile applications, self-service platforms, e-commerce,



and omnichannel customer experiences.

- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure alignment between customer experience, business objectives, and technical implementation.

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate business validation processes.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, blockers, and conflicts impacting project delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, IT Consulting, or similar roles.

- Experience working as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a business-technology interface role.

- Experience delivering and evolving digital products or customer-facing technology solutions.

- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into functional and product requirements.

- Experience managing:

- Product Backlogs

- Epics and Features

- User Stories

- Acceptance Criteria

- Functional and Business Requirements

- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

- Direct interaction with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Web and Mobile Applications.

- APIs and System Integrations.

- REST and JSON.

- Frontend and Backend Architecture Fundamentals.





- Microservices Architecture.

- Authentication and Authorization Concepts.

- Cloud Computing and Modern Digital Architectures.

- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Testing, UAT, and Release Management Processes.

- Previous Telecommunications industry experience.

- Knowledge of BSS/OSS ecosystems.

- Experience with CRM, Billing, Order Management, and Customer Management Platforms.

- Participation in Digital Transformation programs.

- Understanding of telecom customer journeys.

- Experience working with distributed teams across LATAM, North America, or Europe.

- Knowledge of UX/UI and Customer Journey Mapping methodologies.

- Experience with Digital Analytics and KPI tracking.

- Product Owner, Scrum, Agile, or SAFe certifications.

- Advanced to Fluent English (C1/C2).

- Ability to actively participate in and facilitate meetings conducted entirely in English.

- Experience writing user stories, functional documentation, business requirements, and professional communications in English.

- Comfortable collaborating daily with international teams and stakeholders.
