Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst who is passionate about accuracy, continuous improvement, and delivering meaningful financial insights. In this role, you will contribute to the integrity of our financial data, support key reporting processes, enhance internal controls, and play an important part in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Processing and posting monthly depreciation and amortization entries.
- Supporting the verification, allocation, and posting of accruals and provisions accurately and on a timely basis, according to Senior Accountant requests.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of financial data.
- Performing month-end and year-end closing activities, including the review of balance sheet accounts, accruals, reclassifications, and supporting documentation.
- Preparing agent commission reports for Projects, Services, and Spare Parts, while monitoring provisions and proposing payments when conditions are met.
- Performing month-end import operations closing and reviewing documentation to ensure all import transactions are accurately and timely recorded.
