The Fall Creek General Manager - Chile will shape strategy, drive sustainable growth, and lead a talented team while strengthening the customer and industry relationships that move our business forward.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

As the General Manager for Chile, you will lead the overall performance and direction of our Chilean business, connecting regional and global priorities to what our teams, customers, and market need locally. You'll have full P&L; accountability while leading commercial strategy, operations, customer relationships, and the development of a strong, engaged team.

You will:
- Lead and execute Fall Creek's business strategy in Chile, turning regional and global priorities into clear plans and measurable results.
- Drive profitable growth through commercial execution, customer partnerships, market development,



and increased adoption of Fall Creek genetics, products, and services.
- Build strong relationships with growers, customers, industry organizations, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the Chilean market, bringing customer, industry, and competitive insights into regional and general business decisions.
- Own the Chile business P&L;, industry revenue, margin, expenses, profitability, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Establish clear expectations and performance measures while holding leaders accountable for financial, commercial, and operational results.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across production, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
