Checkr is hiring a Staff Data Engineer to lead the People Data platform, building scalable services and pipelines powering Checkr’s workforce and identity products. You’ll own core services, data pipelines, and architecture, solving distributed systems challenges with strong ownership.
You will mentor engineers, partner with product and design, and push for data-driven decisions while maintaining data privacy and security best practices.
