In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing structures, commercial quotations, and contracts to ensure revenue optimization, tariff consistency, and effective execution of commercial processes. You will act as a key link between Commercial, Operations, and Finance, ensuring that commercial decisions are data-driven, operationally viable, and financially sound.This role plays an important part in strengthening revenue governance, enhancing transparency in pricing and contracts, and supporting informed decision-making across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute directly to the terminal’s financial and commercial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update tariff structures for terminal services including containers, RoRo, breakbulk, and logisticsPrepare, validate, and manage commercial quotations in alignment with approved pricing frameworksDefine and apply pricing guidelines, including discounts, floor rates,



and commercial conditionsSupport commercial negotiations through detailed data analysis and pricing insightsDraft, review, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with approved terms and conditionsMonitor contract renewals, expirations, and amendments, maintaining an accurate and centralized contract repositoryAnalyze volumes, revenues, and customer performance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance trackingIdentify revenue leakage risks and margin improvement opportunities through structured analysisProduce and maintain commercial KPI reports to support management visibility and decision-makingSupport RFQs and RFPs with pricing models and commercial scenariosProvide basic market and competitive insights to inform commercial strategyCoordinate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure service feasibility and pricing alignmentAct as an internal reference point for pricing-related topics within the terminalWhat We Are Looking ForContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every dayBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or similar business-facing analytical rolesAdvanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantagePrior exposure to logistics, port operations, or industrial services environments is desirableAdvanced English proficiency, with the ability to work confidently in a multinational environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with sound commercial and financial judgmentHigh attention to detail combined with the ability to work across functions and influence stakeholdersProactive working style with a clear focus on results and business impact.At APM Terminals, a global leader in port and terminal operations, we enable global trade and drive sustainable growth.
