Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Provincia de Santiago, supporting the health, safety, and well-being of employees within the manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing basic medical assessments, responding to workplace health incidents, and offering first aid and emergency care as needed. The role also involves conducting health-related training sessions, promoting workplace safety practices, and maintaining accurate health records and incident documentation.

The Healthcare

Specialist collaborates with management and staff to identify health risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and safety guidelines. The individual in this role is expected to communicate clearly with team members at all levels and contribute to a supportive, health-conscious workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Healthcare and Medicine skills,



with the ability to perform basic medical assessments and support occupational health needs.
- EMT or equivalent emergency response training, with experience providing first aid and handling urgent health situations.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with employees, delivering health and safety guidance, and documenting incidents clearly.
- Experience in Training related to health, safety, or emergency procedures in a workplace setting.
- Relevant certification or licensure in healthcare, emergency medical services, nursing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in local language(s) and basic proficiency in English is beneficial.
