We're looking for a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who knows that great advertising is about more than pushing buttons in Ads Manager. You understand the relationship between creative, data, audiences, and performance—and you know how to turn those insights into campaigns that drive sales.

The Role
As our Media Buyer & Creative Strategist, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising while also helping shape the creative direction behind our ads.
You'll analyze what's working, identify why it's working, develop new creative concepts to test, and work closely with our creative team, content creators, and other marketing partners to turn those ideas into high-performing ads.
We're looking for someone who is data-driven, creative, curious, and obsessed with finding what makes customers click—and buy.

What You'll Do
Media Buying & Campaign Management
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, pacing, and optimization




Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and spend
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and quickly address underperforming campaigns
Conduct audience, placement, offer, product, and campaign structure testing
Manage daily and weekly budget pacing to ensure spend aligns with revenue and profitability goals
Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and emerging paid media opportunities
Creative Strategy
Develop the creative strategy behind paid advertising campaigns
Identify high-performing hooks, messaging, product benefits, offers, formats, and angles
Analyze winning and losing creatives to understand why they performed
Turn performance data into clear, actionable creative briefs
Partner with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and UGC creators to develop new ad concepts
Build a consistent pipeline of fresh creative concepts and testing opportunities
