This role offers the opportunity to: Drive the development of the local markets by implementing effective commercial strategies to increase market share. To oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of teams, partners, and resources. Managing multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, sales, logistics, warehouse, trade operations, marketing, and administration, ensuring organizational effectiveness, talent development,
