The Opportunity

- Location: Valparaiso, IN 46383
- Pay: $30 – $35 per hour
- Shifts: 2nd (2:30pm – 11:00pm) or 3rd (10:30pm – 7:00am)

What You’ll Tackle
- Power up new equipment: install conduit, run wiring, and connect cables for robots, presses, and PLC-controlled systems
- Find and fix: motors, drives, controls, lighting, circuit boards—electrical and mechanical
- Restore reliability: replace bearings, rewire motors, and validate repairs on automation
- Own the hard stuff: take on escalations and serve as a resource for junior technicians
- Use the blueprint: read schematics and manuals to plan and execute work
- Communicate clearly: keep supervisors and team leads in the loop
- Keep learning: adopt new tech and upgrade your skill set





What We’re Looking For
- Technical diploma/certificate (1 year) or equivalent hands-on training
- 3+ years of electromechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Fluent with technical documentation and safety rules
- Diverse electrical and mechanical capabilities preferred
- Prepared for physical work in PPE (standing, kneeling, tool use)
- Lift/powered industrial equipment licenses are advantageous
