assets. Through applied research, technical expertise, and

carbon-neutral future across multiple markets and technologies. The
Project Engineer – Solar PV will lead and support technical
activities related to the performance, reliability, and
optimization of Solar PV assets across the Americas. The role
combines field engineering, performance analysis, technical
investigations, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to
maximize the value and efficiency of renewable energy projects.
Some responsibilities of the role include: Lead and execute Solar
PV performance measurement campaigns, technical inspections, and
field assessments to evaluate plant performance and identify
optimization opportunities. Perform detailed performance analyses
of operating Solar PV assets and provide clear, data-driven




recommendations to improve energy production and reliability. Lead
and support Root Cause Analysis investigations related to inverter
failures, tracker issues, plant control systems, and other
technical performance events. Deliver technical services for Solar
PV and hybrid assets, including Battery Energy Storage Systems
(BESS), across the Americas region. Collaborate closely with
internal experts, asset managers, performance managers, and
operations teams to support innovation and continuous improvement
initiatives. Our client describes its adecuado candidate as: Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy Engineering,
or a related technical discipline. Proven experience working with
utility-scale Solar PV plants. Strong expertise in performance
analysis of operating Solar PV assets. Solid understanding of Solar
