Job Description
HR Administration Analyst is responsible for support HR Processes and Administration through HR systems management, payroll, workforce planning, budget control, reporting and operational coordination, ensuring reliable information, regulatory compliance, efficient service delivery and effective support to business and project activities. The role acts as a key operational and analytical partner for HR, Facilities and Administration, supporting both local and corporate requirements.
Responsabilities:
- HR Systems & Data Management: Act as country coordinator for HR systems and related technologies. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across HR systems. Coordinate testing, implementation and deployment of new functionalities.



Support data governance and compliance requirements. Manage payroll vendor and process, ensuring payroll accuracy, service quality, and SLA compliance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain HR and Administration reports and dashboards. Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions. Monitor workforce metrics, trends and organizational movements. Prepare management reports for local leadership and corporate stakeholders.
- Workforce Planning & Headcount:Coordinate annual workforce planning activities. Monitor and report headcount evolution and workforce costs. Support organizational planning exercises and scenario analysis. Maintain workforce planning information and forecasts.
- Budget & Management Control: Support preparation and monitoring of Business Support budget (OPEX). Consolidate monthly cost reports and budget follow-up. Identify trends and potential risks impacting budget performance.
