BA Global Talent is seeking a remote National Sales
Manager based in Chile to join a dynamic international team. You
will play a crucial role in developing the company’s presence
across South America, building and supporting distributor
relationships, increasing sales, and strengthening brand visibility
throughout the region. Our client is a general supplier of measuring
instruments and metrology solutions, with an international
distribution network serving customers in more than 75 countries.
The company focuses on quality, innovation, service, and value and
continues to expand its global market presence. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies designed to
increase brand visibility and market share across the assigned
South American markets. Develop new distributors and expand the
company’s distribution network. Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing distributors and customers. Travel
domestically and internationally to visit distributors and
customers, support sales growth, and strengthen commercial




relationships across the assigned South American territory. Provide
training and support to distributors to improve their product
knowledge and sales capabilities. Plan, organize, and participate
in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and other events to promote
the company’s products. Develop and manage advertising campaigns
across relevant media channels in alignment with company marketing
objectives. Monitor the performance of advertising and promotional
activities and adjust strategies when necessary. Support the
implementation of distribution policies that maintain appropriate
competition among distributors. Monitor market activity and
distributor performance throughout the assigned territory. Travel
extensively throughout South America and internationally as
required. Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience in
the measurement, measuring instruments, or metrology industry; some
flexibility may be considered
