Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Build dynamic financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Support preparation of presentations, dashboards highlighting financial & operating performance, and other reporting data packs
- Portfolio Company Support:
- Analyze monthly financials and KPIs for portfolio companies.
- Summarize monthly financials for quarterly reporting.
- Track performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Identify trends, deviations, and underlying drivers of performance.
- Research and Valuation Support:
- Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition
- Build and update financial models, DCF and LBO models for lenders and investors and perform valuation
- Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)
- Assist in due diligence process including document and financial review




- Research on potential funding sources

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of financial/ investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills including proficiency in VBA and Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Knowledgeable in financial planning software and tools, such as SAP/SAC is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in databases – CapIQ, Thomson Eikon, Bloomberg, FactSet.
- Strong understanding of private equity industry and their information needs.
