The Fall Creek General Manager - Chile will shape strategy, drive sustainable growth, and lead a talented team while strengthening the customer and industry relationships that move our business forward.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:
- Lead and execute Fall Creek's business strategy in Chile, turning regional and general priorities into clear plans and measurable results.
- Drive profitable growth through commercial execution, customer partnerships, market development, and increased adoption of Fall Creek genetics, products, and services.
- Build strong relationships with growers, customers, industry organizations, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the Chilean market, bringing customer, industry, and competitive insights into regional and global business decisions.
- Own the Chile business P&L;,



industry revenue, margin, expenses, profitability, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Establish clear expectations and performance measures while holding leaders accountable for financial, commercial, and operational results.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across production, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
- Make thoughtful decisions around investments, resources, costs, and priorities that balance current performance with sustainable long-term growth.
