### Job TitlePartner Account Manager### Job Description**Partner Account Manager:**Drive the growth and success of Philips' strategic partner business in Chile by strengthening partner capabilities, developing joint business plans, and creating new opportunities that expand access to healthcare solutions.**Your role:*** Lead the strategic relationship with a key channel partner, building trust, influencing change, and identifying opportunities to grow the business and expand market impact.* Develop and execute joint business and operational plans, setting measurable goals, providing training and resources, and driving sales growth for equipment and services.* Collaborate with partner teams and Philips stakeholders to improve commercial processes, strengthen sales discipline, and deliver against shared business objectives.* Maintain a strong presence with partners and end customers, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying new opportunities and supporting market development initiatives.* Monitor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and business reviews,



while supporting negotiations, operational excellence, and long-term partnership success.**You're the right fit if:*** You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* You have 3+ years of experience in Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, indirect sales, channel management, or distributor management within a business-to-consumer environment.* You have demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, and driving business growth through collaboration and negotiation.* You are an entrepreneurial, self-driven, and resilient professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate change within a healthcare-related environment.**How We Work Together**Field roles are most effectively performed outside of Philips facilities, working closely with customers and partners.This is a **field-based role** that requires frequent engagement with Partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
