Cameroon Job is looking for a Recruitment Director to lead recruitment strategy, strengthen talent pipelines, and build an efficient, candidate-focused hiring operation.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of recruitment performance, work closely with business leaders, and shape processes that help the organization attract and retain strong talent.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, develop recruitment teams, improve candidate experience, and introduce data-driven practices across the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall recruitment strategy and hiring roadmap.
- Manage and develop recruitment teams and talent acquisition professionals.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates, and quality of hire.
- Improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish consistent interview, assessment, and selection processes.
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment technology, ATS processes, and hiring workflows.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
- Ensure recruitment practices are consistent, fair, professional, and compliant with applicable requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce hiring friction.
- Present recruitment insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
