Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's real estate strategy
- Lead property sales, acquisitions, and investment initiatives
- Oversee real estate portfolio performance
- Analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
- Develop strategies to increase property revenue and profitability
- Identify new business and real estate opportunities
- Lead negotiations with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and partners
- Review and oversee property contracts and agreements
- Establish sales targets and monitor commercial performance
- Develop client acquisition and retention strategies
- Monitor property market conditions and competitive activity
- Coordinate with legal, financial, marketing, and property management teams
- Manage real estate budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Identify and manage commercial and property-related risks




- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop real estate professionals
- Establish efficient processes for property transactions and operations
- Ensure activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, investment, sales, or a related field
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and property transactions
- Experience with negotiations, business development, or portfolio management
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective leadership and team-management skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant real estate or property certifications are an advantage
