Misión del cargo

Participar en la planificación, el desarrollo y la implementación de proyectos y servicios de la empresa.
Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los clientes para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los productos de Modular Mining.
Realizar tareas administrativas orientadas a clientes internos y externos.

Funciones

- Desarrollar una filosofía de trabajo orientada al cliente.
- Conocer y comprender los procesos técnicos del negocio.
- Desarrollar habilidades básicas de gestión de proyectos.

- Adquirir conocimientos técnicos básicos sobre la instalación y el soporte de todos los productos.

- Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de instalación y/o actualizaciones de productos.
- Desarrollar e implementar mejoras en los productos de Modular Mining de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente (informes, módulos, entre otros).
- Impartir formación sobre los productos a los clientes y usuarios del sistema.

Requisitos

- Titulación en Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería de Minas.
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para el trato con el cliente y la elaboración de documentos técnicos.
- Habilidades de análisis y resolución de problemas.- Manejo básico de sistemas operativos y redes informáticas.

- Conocimientos básicos de bases de datos y objetos de consulta de bases de datos -SQL Server.
- Lenguajes de programación (SQL, C, Bash, Python).
- Conocimientos intermedios del idioma inglés.
- Escalar los errores detectados al tercer y cuarto nivel de soporte.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.




- Cumplir plenamente con las normas de seguridad y calidad establecidas por la empresa y los clientes.

Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop a customer-oriented work philosophy.
- Know and understand the technical processes of the business.
- Develop basic project management skills.
- Acquire basic technical knowledge of installation and support of all products.
- Develop and implement installation projects and/or product updates.
- Develop and implement improvements in the Modular Mining products according to the client's needs (reports, modules, among others).
- Provide product training to customers and system users.

Required Skills

- Oral and written communication skills for handling with the client and elaboration of technical documents.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Basic handling of operating systems and computer networks.
- Basic knowledge of databases.




- Skills to learn and develop in different programming languages (SQL, C, Bash, Python).
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language.
- Availability to travel within Chile and abroad.
- Class B driver's license.
