: Assistant Store Manager (Subjefe/a de Tienda)

Location: Santiago, Chile (On-site / Mall hours)

Job Type: Full-Time (42-hour workweek, 5x2 schedule)

Monthly Salary: 850,000 CLP - 1,150,000 CLP (Gross package, including base salary, statutory gratificación, performance bonuses, and allowances).

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations. In this role, you will motivate sales associates, drive commercial targets, and guarantee an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and execute commercial strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
- Supervise floor operations, inventory control, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in human resources functions including staff training, coaching, scheduling, and team development.
- Ensure top-tier customer service standards and resolve any escalated client inquiries smoothly.
- Ensure full compliance with internal company policies, operational procedures, and local safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Education: Completed secondary education (Enseñanza Media); technical or university background in business or retail administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven retail experience, ideally in a leadership or assistant supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong command of sales performance metrics (KPIs), team leadership capabilities, and high customer orientation.
- Availability: Flexibility to work standard rotating mall shifts.
