About the Role Our client is a leading US-based firm providing end-to-end support for business owners and entrepreneurs through entity formation, tax strategy, business credit development, and asset protection. In this role, you will manage multi-platform community engagement and represent company leadership across online business communities. You won't be creating graphic content or managing paid ad campaigns; instead, you will focus on daily community interaction, CRM tracking, client engagement, and cross-departmental coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. Responsibilities

- Daily Community Monitoring &

• Engagement

: Check and interact daily across Skool, Facebook groups, Discord, and internal client portals—replying to comments and direct messages authentically in the voice and tone of company leadership.
- Client Record Lookup &

• Lead Tagging:





Cross-reference every interacting user against Salesforce (CRM) to distinguish existing clients from warm leads and log interaction notes accurately.
- Cross-Departmental Handoffs: Route warm sales leads to Sales Team Leads and escalate urgent client inquiries or blockers via Slack immediately.
- Group &

• Network Growth:

Join new relevant Facebook and Skool groups on behalf of leadership and track potential networking contacts and proposals.
- Competitive Monitoring &

• Documentation:

Flag mentions of competitor programs, maintain clear tracking notes in Google Sheets, and ensure seamless daily handoff records.

Requirements

- Prior Experience: Proven track record as a Social Media VA, Community Manager, or Client Engagement Specialist.
- English Fluency: Advanced/Fluent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2) with the ability to adapt to an executive, professional, and approachable tone.
- CRM Experience: Basic hands-on experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to search, verify, and tag contact records.
- Platform Proficiency: High comfort level navigating Facebook Groups, Discord, Slack, and community platforms like Skool.
- Attention to Detail: High level of organization, reliability, and discipline to manage a daily checklist across 5+ platforms without skipping steps.
- Trustworthiness &

• Discretion:

High degree of professional discretion to represent executive leadership online and handle real client interactions.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with real estate investing, e-commerce, or business formation/tax concepts.
- Experience utilizing Google Sheets for task tracking and daily handoff notes.
