? Your Challenge

You will be responsible for managing and executing energy engineering projects on-site, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead the on-site execution and management of energy projects.
- Participate in developing technical solutions and provide specialized support in electrical power systems.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Supervise construction quality and ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project acceptance documentation.
- Participate in the selection, procurement, and commissioning of electrical equipment.




- Manage occupational safety and environmental protection at project sites.

? What Are We Looking For?

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems and Automation, High Voltage Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related fields.
- More than one year of experience in energy engineering project execution or management. Recent graduates may also be considered.
- Knowledge of electrical industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, substations, or transmission.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of project planning, project control, and electrical equipment selection.
- Strong analytical and on-site problem-solving skills.
- Availability for short- and long-term domestic and international business travel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
