What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic management of the company’s portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish portfolio priorities, objectives, KPIs, and performance targets.
- Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts, risks, and key milestones.
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio efficiency, profitability, and value creation.
- Prepare clear portfolio reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, operations, commercial, technology, and other relevant functions.
- Build strong relationships with executives, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support investment, resource allocation, and strategic planning decisions using reliable data and analysis.
- Lead portfolio reviews and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.




- Develop processes and governance frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
- Coach and develop team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure portfolio activities comply with applicable company policies, contractual requirements, and Chilean regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in portfolio, program, project, investment, operations, or strategic management.
- Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business performance.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.
- Experience presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.
