Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's operational strategy
- Oversee daily business operations across relevant departments
- Establish processes that improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor operational KPIs and business performance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Manage operational budgets, resources, and costs
- Develop forecasts and operational plans
- Lead cross-functional projects and business initiatives
- Improve workflows through technology, automation, and standardized processes
- Establish quality and performance standards
- Identify and manage operational risks
- Ensure teams follow company policies and operational procedures
- Analyze business data and prepare management reports
- Coordinate with finance, sales, technology, HR, and other departments
- Manage vendors, service providers, and strategic partners where applicable
- Develop and implement business continuity plans
- Lead, coach,

- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
- Present operational strategies and recommendations to senior leadership

Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations management, business administration, or a related field
- Previous leadership or senior management experience
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
- Experience managing teams, budgets, projects, or business functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and operational data
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
