Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Director role at HiveYoung is based in Las Condes and is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution.

The Marketing

Director oversees the development of integrated marketing plans, manages the brand across all channels, and ensures alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include guiding market research initiatives, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable campaigns. The role includes close collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize the marketing budget, and maintain consistent messaging.

The Marketing

Director also mentors the marketing team, establishes best practices, and presents results and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.




- Demonstrated experience in Marketing Management and overseeing end-to-end Marketing initiatives.
- Strong background in Market Research, including data analysis, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Proven capability in coordinating Marketing and Sales efforts to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and measuring ROI on marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in Las Condes and collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
