Regulatory Monitoring & Compliance

- Support the tracking and analysis of regulatory developments across LATAM with special focus in [Colombia/Chile].
- Assist in assessing the impact of new laws on business operations, under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Help internal stakeholders maintain compliance with local and cross-border requirements.

Corporate & Commercial Law

- Support company formation, restructuring and governance processes across LATAM entities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
- Help verify adherence to corporate regulations and best practices.

Licensing & Regulatory Filings

- Support the preparation of licensing applications and regulatory filings for fintech, PSP, iGaming, and crypto activities.
- Assist in liaising with authorities and external legal partners to secure approvals and maintain good standing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Compliance, HR, BusinessDevelopment) to meet licensing requirements.

Legal Advisory & Cross-Functional Support

- Provide legal guidance on regulatory and commercial issues under the guidance of a Legal Manager or the CLO.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance,



and Operations to ensure cohesive regulatory strategies.
- Assist in preparing Legal Report on specific topics for review by senior team members.

- Contribute to regulatory compliance across fintech, PSP, iGaming, and cryptocurrency sectors in LATAM.
- Build analytical and legal advisory skills under the mentorship of senior profiles.
- Support corporate governance management and legal structuring of entities.
- Actively participate in licensing processes and regulatory filings across LATAM jurisdictions.
- Serve as a reliable support to internal teams for informed, compliant decision-making.

?️ Required Skills

- Law degree with an interest in or background in corporate, law or regulatory law.
- 1 to 2 years of experience (experience or internships in fintech, PSP, iGaming, or crypto is a plus).
- General understanding of LATAM regulatory environments (desirable, not required).
- Basic contract drafting skills and understanding of corporate governance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both required), Portuguese is a plus
