OBJECTIVE

- Manage assigned accounts and projects, ensuring the timely and high-quality fulfillment of all commitments made to clients (reports, analyses, presentations, and special requests), while ensuring an excellent service experience and a clear perception of value.
- Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing strategic analyses focused on understanding the Shopper, gaining an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior, brand health and positioning, as well as market dynamics, and generating actionable insights that drive brand and business growth.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

- Manage assigned accounts, resolving service-related situations to ensure that requests, reports, presentations, and outstanding items are delivered on time and with the expected quality.
- Analyze, prepare, and present information/results from our studies,



providing continuity of analysis aligned with client needs in order to contribute to the understanding of results and the client's perception of value.
- Analyze brand performance, positioning, and health using different sources of information, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
- Develop insights on consumers, shoppers, and the market by understanding the motivations, perceptions, and needs that influence brand choice and relationships with brands.
- Develop brand narratives and storytelling that integrate consumer, shopper, category, and business information to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the design and development of brand, consumer, and shopper studies, ensuring that the methodologies address the client's strategic objectives.

REQUISITES:

- Completed graduation in Marketing, Business or related areas.
- Advanced english skills.
- Desired: experience within commercial or marketing insights areas.
- Desired: pevious experience with FMCG.
