What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial-control processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial partners.
- Identify financial risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Improve finance processes, systems, reporting, and automation.
- Support commercial teams with pricing, margins, contracts, and business cases.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Significant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A;, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with ERP or financial management systems.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance teams.
- Professional fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage for an international technology environment.
