The role involves handling calls on a computerised Switchboard, responding to queries, and providing telephony support to NHS staff and the public.We value good English and arithmetic, strong typing, and excellent communication skills.
Candidates must be organised, able to work in a team, and versátil in approach; full training will be provided.
