industry associations and the broader clean-tech ecosystem.The position requires ownership of both strategic opportunities and executional delivery, with the ability to operate autonomously, learn quickly, close loops and drive delivery independently.The Engagement Manager will work closely with the Finance Lead and Technical Lead and report directly to the Executive Director.Key ResponsibilitiesEcosystem Scouting & MonitoringMap and continuously monitor the FOAK industrial ecosystem.Identify key actors, emerging initiatives and partnership opportunities relevant to Blueprint’s mission and services.Maintain a living intelligence of who is doing what, where capital is moving and where catalytic opportunities arise.Scout and evaluate technology platforms, tools and digital solutions for the initiative’s operations, including knowledge-sharing platforms and analytics.Partnership Identification & ManagementIdentify, cultivate and onboard new strategic partners, including investors, corporates, philanthropies, DFIs and peer initiatives.Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring sustained engagement and alignment.Represent Blueprint in external meetings, events and forums as required.Ecosystem Activation, Events & CommunicationsLead Blueprint’s presence and programming at events such as LCAW and NYC Climate Week.Coordinate event programming, outcomes tracking, stakeholder engagement and follow-up actions.Coordinate partner participation in Blueprint activities, including convenings, pilots and co-production of tools and knowledge assets.Lead production and dissemination of external-facing assets, including one-pagers, sector briefs, tools and reports.Own the Blueprint website.Participate in the research, selection and inbound process for cohort companies.Support companies with dedicated communications, marketing and partnership expertise.Requirements and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:A Master’s degree in international relations, business, environment or a related field.5–8 years of experience in partnership development, business development,



ecosystem building or stakeholder engagement in a climate or cleantech context.Experience within the private sector is necessary, ideally with direct experience inside a company rather than only agency-side or external-affairs roles.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-quality relationships with senior stakeholders.Strong understanding of climate and industrial decarbonisation.Understanding of the FOAK financing landscape and hard-to-abate sectors.An existing network in climate finance or industrial decarbonisation is a strong advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience producing external-facing materials for professional audiences, including marketing collateral.Strong technology and tools literacy, with the ability to evaluate and adopt digital platforms and solutions.Ability to work independently with strong personal discipline and light-touch management.Ability to work effectively in a remote, entrepreneurial and general environment.A second language is a strong plus.What Ambition Loop Is Looking ForAmbition Loop is seeking a natural connector and builder who can build trust quickly, sustain relationships over time and turn ecosystem intelligence into strategic opportunities.The successful candidate will be a strong written communicator who can produce clear copy under editorial direction without extensive iteration.Curiosity, adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new tools, sectors and ways of working are important for the role.Candidates do not need to be technical experts, but they should understand the importance of climate and industrial decarbonisation.
