Serás responsable de administrar, mantener y evolucionar una infraestructura de red empresarial compleja y multi-site, combinando una sólida capacidad técnica hands-on con visión de arquitectura. Tendrás un rol clave en la resolución de incidentes críticos, la optimización continua de plataformas de networking y la definición de mejoras sostenibles que garanticen estabilidad, rendimiento y continuidad operacional.ResponsibilitiesMantener, administrar y actualizar la infraestructura de red existente, asegurando estabilidad, rendimiento y continuidad operacional.Resolver incidentes y problemas complejos mediante troubleshooting end-to-end, identificando la causa raíz y evitando escalaciones sin evidencia técnica.Ejecutar y validar configuraciones, optimizaciones y cambios de infraestructura en ambientes productivos y ventanas de mantenimiento.Analizar performance de red, realizar evaluaciones técnicas y proponer acciones preventivas y correctivas.Proponer soluciones para problemas recurrentes y mejoras asociadas al diseño o configuración de la infraestructura.Participar en decisiones de arquitectura, evolución tecnológica y estandarización técnica del servicio.Colaborar con equipos de Security, Aplicaciones, Datacenter, Carriers y proveedores durante incidentes complejos.Mantener ownership técnico de los casos asignados hasta su resolución o estabilización, documentando hallazgos, decisiones y acciones ejecutadas.Actuar como referente técnico y punto de escalamiento para problemas complejos dentro del dominio de Networking.Excluding RequirementsExperiencia senior administrando y soportando infraestructuras LAN/WAN Cisco en entornos empresariales multi-site.Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como Network Administrator,



Network Engineer o roles similares.Conocimientos avanzados de Routing & Switching (IPv4, OSPF, MP-BGP y MPLS).Experiencia avanzada en administración y troubleshooting mediante Cisco IOS y Cisco NX-OS.Experiencia elaborando o revisando documentación técnica, estándares, procedimientos operacionales y diseños HLD/LLD.Inglés avanzado (C1 será evaluado).Disponibilidad para trabajar en cobertura horaria de Estados Unidos y participar en ventanas de cambio fuera del horario productivo.
