In Data Analytics, our clients engage us with us on the following essential tasks and responsibilities:Support new and ongoing Data Analytics projectsData Management using ETL and data mining tools, such as Python or R, for data extraction and aggregationConsult and collaborate with client stakeholders to identify, define and implement business and functional requirementsBuild, validate and deploy Statistical Models and Machine Learning ModelsPresent project results in an insightful manner to clients using tool such as PowerBI, Excel, Power PointAbility to work independently and translate desired project goals into sequential steps to be executed through an analytical processQuality Assurance – Ensure integrity of data processing and reporting through rigorous attention to detail and validation of data, including adherence to all regulatory, privacy compliance and security proceduresBusiness Focus – Understand the specific and tangible benefits on how project efforts support the business line and be able to fully understand business objectives and underlying drivers.Knowledge Management and Documentation, creating end-user documentation and training for developed reporting toolsSupport team leads in the development and training of junior analysts.What You Bring To The RoleMinimum 3 years of experience working on data science related projects with exposure to direct client interactionKnowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python or R, is a mustExperience with reporting tools,



such as PowerBI, is good to have but not mandatoryFamiliarity on development of algorithms and macros to perform automationsKnowledge of Data Science applications such as cluster analysis, text mining, correlation analysisExperience or familiarity with Agile project methodologies.Ability to articulate business problems/scenarios to peers and partners.
