We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, performing account reconciliations, supporting monthly closing activities, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
- Record and review accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with Chilean accounting and tax requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Softland,
or similar is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Chilean accounting and tax processes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: CLP $1,300,000-$1,800,000 gross, depending on experience, technical skills, and English/ERP proficiency.
