SAB is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to shape and drive the people agenda within regional teams. You will coach line managers, implement the people cycle, and ensure world-class HR processes support business priorities.
In this role you will partner with leadership to embed the People Cycle and the Excellence programme, manage talent processes, and guide on labour legislation and employee relations while supporting recruitment and onboarding in the region.
